September Getaway
This is a unique, historic home; clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the convenient, central location. We had easy access to all the main roads and downtown Charleston, although it was a bit far to walk to the historical spots. We appreciated the living room space for gathering and watching TV in the evening. It was helpful having a large refrigerator and kitchen space.

Charming Charleston Home
It was close enough to walk to everything in downtown Charleston, but had the added convenience of being able to get in and out of the city quickly. It is a charming home and gives the vibe of what you would imagine in the downtown area. Lots of little bars and restaurants around within a couple of blocks.

80 year old birthday bash
I rented the property to host a birthday weekend for my mother turning 80! She had three friends and I had my three kids and the house was perfect!! Enough room for everyone and three bathrooms! Neighborhood was cute and easy to navigate. We’ll be back!

Perfect Location with a ton of space
We loved our stay at this property! The location is great-easy walk to king street & restaurants. The unit is spacious with fabulous natural light & lots of windows to feel the fresh air. The property was very clean & my group felt very comfortable throughout our stay.The bar next store can be a bit loud, but usually wraps up early so was not an issue

First night quite a few light bulbs did not work, doorknob came completely out of a bathroom door when closing it. The other half was found the next day in a cabinet. We found spiders under our sheets in the master bed. I msgd maintenance and he said they would take care of it next day. I asked him to set light bulbs on kitchen counter for third floor bedrooms so people in those rooms could continue to sleep. Maintenance did show. He sprayed for bugs, installed the door knob and then woke up the other guests to replace light bulbs and spray those rooms as well. I did appreciate the quick response but for price we paid I would have expected to not have to do this much maintenance and calls during our vacation. The commercial mini bar only closed at 10 once in the 6 days we were there. We had a wedding on Sunday and had to start our day at 8:30 am. The music and people noise went on until almost 1:00 am. The noise from the bar is very loud. More bulbs went out and one in second floor bathroom goes out when you plug in appliance like hairdryer. Also beware 2 of 3 bathrooms have no sink counter so your makeup and hair items are on floor. We stopped calling on continued maintenance needs as we were busy. Check in was easy. Nice to have a parking spot. There’s a few restaurants within walking distance. We would not stay here again but it did provide a place to sleep for everyone. The noise machines were a necessity with lots of helicopter noise for trauma center nearby.

It is a lovely home, done up very tastefully , and very clean. Comfortable king sized beds and pillows. The only issue I can think of is the stairs leading to the two bedrooms on the 2nd floor is rather narrow and tricky , and since there is no bathroom on that floor , it was a little tricky if one had to use the restroom at night . Besides that , the location, and the host were excellent

Great place and location! Can hear noises outside/around
The property itself is great! Lots of space and it is close enough to walk to a lot of places in Charleston! There were great local restaurants and shops nearby! Just keep in mind that this is an older place and there is a wine bar below. We could hear a lot of activity outside throughout the week. One night the bar below had music and we could definitely hear it, it was over by 11 pm, so it really didn’t bother us.

This property is in a great location, central to most everything. If you are interested in peace and quiet you might want to stay somewhere else. Though we were fine...the bar next door can get a bit rowdy on the weekend. The 3rd floor stairs are a bit narrow and the 3rd floor rooms can get warm during the day. Overall, its a cute home with plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at this charming house. We enjoyed the convenience and hospitality at the attached MiniBar. We were all quite comfortable, great air conditioning during a hot stay, and even a great support team to drop off a bag of coffee for us. Lovely time - thank you!

Great Location for Us
Perfect spot for our daughters graduation from CofC. We could walk to her place and King street restaurants so easily. Only negative and it wasn't for us is the top floor stairs are tight for someone who is older or has mobility issues. Was perfect for us. Small wine bar is fun and really nice people work there. You can hear the singer(solo not enough space for a band) and live music until about 11 on weekends. No problem for us but might be a consideration. Listing is accurate and emails communicated everything we needed to know about the place. Thanks for letting us stay here.

The house was super fun, clean and great location. Beds were comfy, check in/out was a breeze and the host was super responsive and helpful. Loved having the adjacent bar and noise was done by 1130 on weekends so didn’t disrupt our time at all. Would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone! Thanks!!

The location and home were wonderful. There is a small neighborhood bar attached to the home which wasn't in the detailed listing but for the time we were there, it wasn't too bad. Luckily the singer was great :-) Everything shutdown at 11, so that wasn't too bad. The neighborhood was peaceful and within walking distance to most things.
