The hotel is very clean and the staff is great. Perfect location for Folly Beach. Walking distance to everything and right on the beach. The hotel is older so the rooms are a little dated, but it was fine. We enjoyed our stay.

This property has it all! Shops, restaurants, bars, and music. You'll enjoy your stay here and time on the beach. The service and staff are excellent! No laundry facility onsite, but there's a laundromat that is up the street.

Overall the hotel is nice. Rooms are renovated and reasonably decent. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Only issues we had were that one elevator was not working and ice machines were not working. Views are great and location is great with lots of stuff within the walking distance.
