Great location and value for Folly surf contests!
Had a great quick stay while we were at the Governor’s Cup Surf Contest! Place is super nice and we were able to get out to the Washout very quickly early in the morning.

Folly Beach getaway
Nice place and near amenities and Folly Beach. There were 6 adults and we loved tha roominess of the house. Convenient to downtown as we ubered a couple of different nights to go out downtown. We would rent this place again!

MOTHERS DAY getaway
My daughters and I stayed here for a quick Mothers Day getaway. The house was well stocked, and in a great location. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the front porch. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners were very quick to respond and also very accommodating. The location was excellent and it was a great value. Highly recommend if you’re going to the Folly Beach area.

The property is very comfortable with nice linens. The house is also well stocked. They even have beach chairs and an umbrella. Good location between the beach and downtown Charleston.

Best location on James Island
Our family thoroughly enjoyed using the home as it had easy driving access to the house as well as downtown Charleston, the Citadel where we attended the graduation ceremony for Charleston School of Law, nearby stores and Folly Beach. It had everything we needed regarding bedrooms, baths, kitchen and two tables, plus a dining table on the beautiful covered porch. Thank you so much!

Perfect House
We had a great time. The house is only 10 minutes from downtown Charleston and 5 minutes from Folly Beach. Jennifer and Tim were great host and checked in on us several times to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend this house.

Comfortable & Fun Girlfriend Trip
The host was very helpful w/ communication leading up to our stay & instructions for check-in & check-out. House was very clean & cutely decorated. The beds were comfortable, in addition to quality towels & dishes. The location was a short drive from Folly Beach which was a very enjoyable beach town & a manageable drive to downtown Charleston. This was a girlfriend weekend trip for 4 adults. Everyone in our party had very positive feedback about our lodging experience & we would recommend it to others!

Wonderful cozy house super close to all Folly has to offer
We had a wonderful 4 day stay here and can’t wait to stay again. Jennifer was a fantastic host and the house has everything you could need. It was clean, spacious enough for a family of 4 and toddler friend too. And the location was fantastic. A quiet little street, but then close to Folly Road and the amenities and Folly beach too. We hope to come and stay again soon!

Great location...close to the city and the quaint town of Folly Beach. The house suited our needs but was in need of a deep cleaning. The fridge was dirty and the outside areas were a little shabby.

Wonderful stay!
We came to Folly Beach for the first time this summer. Our vacation was amazing. The house was wonderful. Very clean and had many essentials we needed. The house is in a great location. Only a short drive to the beach and not far from downtown Charleston. The owner was very responsive and friendly! Loved this house. I definitely recommend it to others.

Perfect location
It was very clean, cute, and comfortable. Be sure to bring filtered water as the fridge doesn't have a water dispenser. The location is awesome, close to the beach and an easy drive to downtown Charleston. The owners are wonderful, quick to respond to questions and very helpful. I highly recommend this property, as well as the Charleston Distillery and The Ordinary (a yummy restaurant downtown).

Property was accurately described, clean, and commensurate with the price. Local residential neighborhood where people are friendly enough but not invasive. Ten minute drive to Folly beach and 15-20 minute drive to downtown Charleston.

Convenient to Folly Beach and Charleston
House was clean, well organized inside. Had a good amount of utensils for the kitchen and plenty of extra towels for the bathroom. The outside could use some TLC. Could use a pressure wash on the deck area and the table and chairs. The grill was usable, but it needs to be replaced. Overall, it was a good stay. I would stay here again.
