Overall the area was good and conveniently close to main areas in mount pleasant and downtown. The cleaning could be a bit better in the washrooms. Good parking situation that had designated hotel parking.

We liked the area around the hotel. Very walkable for shopping and dining options. Parking was easy with garage behind hotel. Breakfast was okay at best, but at least real hot prepared food was available.

I love that it is in the heart of the shopping center. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants. The pool wasn’t working. So that was a bummer. overall beautiful place to stay. Definitely would recommend it to others.

This is the third time we’re staying here! Even if this time our visit coincided with the once in a generation winter storm, it was still an unforgettable experience. We drove to the nearby Isle of Palms beach for a sunny, snowy day at the beach! Can’t wait to return to this hotel in 2026 if not sooner.

Love the convenience to shopping and IOP connector. Manager was very friendly. Comforter and one of bath towels were stained. Not a fan of the parking situation, you have to get on an elevator in parking deck then elevator in hotel. Is still a nice hotel!

I was in room 215 off the lobby. I would suggest it. Because breakfast is provided, you start hearing the staff around 7:00 am and the customers thereafter. Kids running kicking the wall There's also a ice machine across the hall that comes on every 20 minutes. If you're a lite sleeper I suggest another room. Nice staff, great location.
