This home is only available when the owners are away. (end of Sept & mid Jan )see calendar for dates
80% is rented out 20% kept locked up . This includes most of the house: a master down with a queen bed and private full bath stall shower. The second bedroom is upstairs (Queen Bed) and private full bath. A fully stocked kitchen ,living room, dining room, large porch with BBQ, Ground level is another area with hot tub and studio. A short walk takes you to the community dock where you can swim, kayak and enjoy the Wando River 12 NM from Charleston harbor. Gated community in Wando SC close to Downtown Charleston and the IOP beaches. Both are only a short drive away.
