Elegant Condo in The Heart of Historic Downtown Charleston

Come enjoy this brand new rental in the heart of Downtown Charleston. Completed in July of 2018, these rentals offer something that most downtown rentals cannot. Stocked with a full kitchen and linens, you can't beat what this rental has to offer! Perfect for couples or traveling professionals!

The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

There will be a guide book waiting in your suite that can answer most questions about the unit itself and provide our favorite dining recommendations, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions before you arrive!

Cannonborough-Elliotborough draws young professionals to its restored, wood-fronted houses. King, Cannon, and Spring Streets, are dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, and bakeries. Trendy eateries serve up everything from comforting Southern fare to Mediterranean cuisine, and Upper King Street has hip bars for craft beer and house cocktails. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xaio Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Goulette, Five Loaves café, R Kitchen, Warehouse, Chez Nous and Josephine Wine Bar. Wildflour Pastry and 132 Coffee and Kitchen bar are wonderful local coffee shops in within a block.

Beautiful place
Our first time renting a Vrbo and it was fantastic. Place was beautiful and well kept. Walking distance to king street (10-15 min) and also easy to get to other parts of city. Enjoy our time and hope to come back one day

Originally planned for a four adult stay. Only ended up a 2 adult stay. Nice walking distance to downtown( we like to walk) but also convenient places around. Unfortunately nothing open on Mondays ( and some Tuesdays ) which happened to be when we were there.. Great place ti stay.

Spent a long weekend in Charleston visiting college kids-place was just as described. Updated and nicely appointed. Short walk to everything and management was responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to City Market, battery park, rainbow row, coffee shop, market and restaurants. Only needed the car to drive to the beach. Would stay here again.
