We had a wonderful long weekend in Charleston. This place was ideally located. It was a short drive to downtown and Folley Beach, and there was easy highway access to the Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island. The backyard was perfect for morning coffee, lunch, and relaxing when we stopped in. Dan was very attentive and made sure we had a great stay.

Contentment in Charleston
This property was perfect for our girls getaway. We felt right at home, had everything we needed, and loved the spacious back yard. The house sits on a quiet, tree lined street and was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day touring Charleston.

Great stay on John's Island!
We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a wedding and this location was perfect for us. Easy to get in and out of. It was very spacious and great for my husband to work from the house (perfect wifi and kitchen table set up).

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The home is nice and cozy and in a great area. Inside, everything was clean which really made us comfortable. Communication with the host was quick and always pleasant.The fenced in backyard with grill is also a plus. I would recommend this property to anyone who needs a space for themselves or small family.

The house is comfortable, and has all you need including a large well appointed kitchen and a comfortable bed. Plus the location is perfect with many excellent restaurants nearby (some within an easy short walk). Downtown is a short and easy drive away. Highly pleased and will be coming back. Nice host too.

This property was just perfect for my 2 night stay in Charleston. Very clean with everything you need. The backyard was a wonderful place to have my coffee in the morning and listen to the birds sing! I would absolutely stay here again!

In Charleston for a long weekend as a family. This house was exactly as Listed and had everything we needed. Very clean and close to conveniences. This was a great property to stay. Very quiet and clean. The t.v. Was set high up on the wall and for us the main bedroom the mattress was very firm. But everything was new and clean. An amazing backyard and kitchen

Stayed here for my wife’s birthday. The host was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was extremely clean and the interior was simple and aesthetically pleasing (which my wife loved). It’s just a quick drive over the bridge into Charleston where we enjoyed great food and shopping. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Charleston again!!

West Ashley stay
My mom and I had a great stay in this cute house while visiting family in Charleston! This was a perfect location to be in just a quick drive to downtown. We loved how close we were to grocery stores and walking areas like the greenway! There are also plenty of great restaurants right near the house! The host was great with communication. We will definitely be staying here again on your next trip to Charleston!

My wife and i loved the location it was only minutes from all the attractions the house was clean and very nicely decorated my dog loved the fenceed in backyard we would definitely stay their again. Dan was a great host we would love to come back it was also very safe neighborhood.

The home was a good size, convenient to town, and had a great yard for the dogs. We primarily booked a stay in Charleston to check out the food scene, but there were enough kitchen utensils for light cooking. The host was very responsive to questions.

This was the perfect place for us to spend our vacation! House smelled beautiful and looked amazing when we arrived. Loved that they had a tv in the living room and bedrooms! Cant wait to book again! Fenced in yard was perfect for our small papillion. It felt like a home away from home. Very clean and Dan is very responsive! Thank you so much!

Amazing place to stay!!!
We took our family here for our first family vacation with our baby girl and pups and this house was just what we needed for our family! It was exactly as described online, very easy to get in and out of and and it even came with great accommodations that we were not expecting like a lot of extra towels, laundry detergent pods, beach towels, shampoo and conditioner, good smelling hand soaps, coffee, a steamer, hair dryer, vacuum, etc. Everything that you could possibly need was somewhere in the house and if not, I’m sure Dan would get it for you! The host was very communicative and responsive and even gave a list of highly recommended places to try! My husband’s favorite were the wings from the BBQ place right around the corner! Our absolute favorite part about this house was the yard! Very clean and spacious and felt like we were in our very own private resort. We already miss it and would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!

Mother/Daughter Trip
My daughter and I traveled to Charleston for a long weekend. The home was just as advertised. It was clean and very convenient to area restaurants, a Whole Foods grocery store, and to historic Charleston. It had a lovely, private backyard for relaxing. Dan was very easy to communicate with.. I would recommend it to others.
