This traditional, Charleston-single home is conveniently located near top-rated restaurants, nightlife, shopping, historical sites, and more. This listing features original hardwood floors, a beautifully renovated suite, queen bed, mini-fridge, microwave, and on-site parking for small vehicles. Enjoy all that the 'Holy City' has to offer!

-This listing provides wireless internet. I do not have access to cable television. You may login to streaming apps (I.e. Netflix, Hulu) using your personal credentials; however, please remember to logout prior to check out.

- There is on-site parking for SMALL vehicles only.

-Self check-in using keypad entry.

-Washer and dryer access on-site (Shared laundry room).

Guests MUST be able to climb stairs to access suite.

The Space:
This 2nd level, 1BR suite has a separate entrance and self check-in keypad to ensure complete privacy. Included in this listing are: all linens, iron, mini-ironing board, Keurig coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave, utensils, plates, and wine glasses. Also included are shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bottled water, coffee/tea, snacks, and a welcome gift upon your arrival. Please contact me prior to check-in if you would like to have any additional items available.

The Neighborhood:
Many activities and local sites are within walking distance. If you have a small to mid-sized vehicle, I highly recommend that you leave your vehicle in my parking lot during your stay & utilize Uber, a pedi-cab, or rent a bike to explore the city (i.e. The City Market, Rainbow Row, South Battery, etc).

Amazing stay for two people!
We absolutely loved our stay, my best friend and I knew we wouldn't be in the room too often and this was perfect for the two of us. Very walkable to King St/ cheap ubers if you don't want to walk. Lovely experience - 10/10 host that was incredibly hospitable. We want to come back!!

Great place to stay.
We enjoyed our stay. Only be prepared to walk at least a few miles or get uber or pedicab. Owner will tell you this also. Restaurants around the corner are an easy walk and food is good.

Great location in a quieter neighborhood, but still close to attractions, shopping and great restaurants. Host is excellent on communication, customer service and attentiveness. The space is adorable and very cozy with very comfy bed. We would definitely stay here again!!
