Spotless Getaway
Property was in a lovely neighborhood, conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores and only 10 minutes to Charleston Market area. The place was spotless and stocked with all of the essentials. The size was perfect for four of us although it can sleep several more. Cooking is limited due to the lack of a stove but Charleston has plenty of wonderful restaurants.

Great location and place!
This charming cottage fit all our needs for a weekend in Charleston! Clean and comfortable and close to downtown. The hosts made sure we had all the amenities. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Quaint Cottage Stay in Charleston
My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend getaway in Charleston! This quaint cottage was the perfect spot to get away from the busyness of the city but conveniently located for all the fun.

SC Vacation
Brooke was very helpful from the first booking all the way to the last day of our stay. Cottage was 100% everything that was advertised and very well kept. Easy access and within minutes of the beach and many sightseeing excursions and fabulous eating places. Will definitely recommend this cottage to friends planning a trip to Charleston area.

Loved this property, keep in mind no stove so large meals are not an option but the plus side there hundreds of fantastic restaurants in a short drive of this property, very convenient to all historical sites too! The owners had great suggestions on restaurants and attractions too!

Outstanding Family Home
This property was perfect for our family of 4 with two small kids ages 6 & 3. They loved the loft area and the bunk beds were very comfortable. Location was great about 10 minute drive to anything you want to see in downtown and good restaurants about mile away in West Ashley. Highly recommend!

Great accommodations, close to everything
My mom and I spent a week here and it was exactly as we expected. The guest house is a cozy cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Each day when we traveled back to the house we remarked about how convenient it was. The decor in the house was very nice and felt like home. Brooke and Eric were extremely helpful in providing suggestions for restaurants and locations to check out. Would stay here again if we come back. Highly recommend!

Perfect little cottage
This cottage was incredible! Highly recommend. We were here for a family trip (two adults, to kids) and it was ridiculously comfortable and very well appointed. The location was perfect - 15 quick minutes to downtown Charleston and also to the beaches. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood - and lots of delicious and darling restaurants nearby. Hosts are lovely and so helpful. 5+ stars!

Clean, modern, well decorated cottage. Very well stocked kitchen with Saran wrap, tin foil, Coffee/teabags, cleaning supplies, and bathroom supplies (TP, paper towels). Despite no full size/oven I was able to prepare meals with microwave and toaster oven. Good location with sense of privacy.

My only suggestion is that the TV which is programed to one provider had a child restriction on it?? Not everyone staying has children and should it not be the parents decision?

Loved Charleston Guest House
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Charleston Guest House. Brooke was accessible and open to questions and quickly responded by text or email via website. There were 5 of us, mostly adults, sharing the Guest House. We did not cook, just snacked and relaxed at night while touring around Charleston and spending time with friends during the day. The first thing I noticed in the guest house was the fresh clean smell which reflected in the actual property. There were snacks, a bottle of wine, and lovely shampoo and soaps left for us and I felt it was like home away from home. There wasn't a complete kitchen ie. no stove or oven, but the Keurig had an ample number of pods and there was even packets of oatmeal. The bathroom and kitchen were so clean, lovely, and well designed. We will stay again if we are back in Charleston. It was a great location to sample all Charleston has to offer. Thank you Brooke and Eric!

Long weekend in Charleston
Beautifully appointed cottage just a 10 min drive into the heart of Charleston. We thought we would Uber in each day, but it is remarkably easy and inexpensive to park in downtown Charleston in one of the many available parking garages. The cottage is also within walking distance to the cute town of Avondale where there are also many great restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to explore Charleston!

headed up to Charleston for a quick fall weekend with my 14-year-old son and his best friend. This cottage was perfect for us. Bunks upstairs are spacious and fun. Decor was cute And the place was spotless. Zero complaints and would stay again without hesitation!

Charming cottage in a perfect location!
We had an amazing stay at this lovely cottage! The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always available to answer any questions we had, which made the entire experience seamless. The cottage itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a cozy, welcoming vibe. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet still in a great location close to local attractions. Perfect Location
Our family of five visited Charleston for the first time and loved it. The house was located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood where we were never far away from any of the sights, beaches, or restaurants. It was also a great resetting stop for us when the kids needed a break or lunch. We utilized the washer and dryer as well! Brooke definitely thought of every detail! We would love to stay here again and continue exploring Charleston.

Cute guesthouse close to iconic Charleston sites
This guesthouse was in a quiet neighborhood not too far from downtown Charleston. It was perfect for us to get to great restaurants downtown and attractions like Ft. Sumter, Patriot Point, and the aquarium. The house itself was comfortable and cute! We reached out to the owners for a restaurant recommendation, and they were able to offer us several local restaurants to choose from quickly.

Charleston Christmas getaway
This was our first time in Charleston, and we fell in love with the city and surrounding area. Liz Lane cottage was our home away from home and Brooke and Eric were the paragon of hosts. The cottage was simply lovely - beautifully decorated, spotless, warm, inviting and peaceful. We had everything we could possibly need, and appreciated the snack bags and granola bars that Brooke so graciously had waiting for us upon our arrival. We are looking forward to our next visit.
