Unfortunately, the development lacks from an attention to detail in a number of areas, including the fixtures and fittings and the layout of the kitchenette. The swimming pool and sauna were overcrowded. There is a general unclarity whether parking, wifi, towels and sheets are included or excluded from the rental, with staff at the front-desk not being able to provide clarity."

"Good clean spacious simple apartment - ideal for 4 people. Great location directly across from the Super Chatel lift and Intersport ski hire shop. Very central for some lovely restaurants and the local shops/bakery, though you can have bread/croissants ordered to reception each morning - very reasonably priced. I feel they could have supplied some basics though eg soap in the bathrooms, washing up liquid, a cloth and tea towel in the kitchen, a few dish washing tablets & spare toilet roll....

"I stayed in Le Grand Ermitage by Nemea for 4 days and the experience was fantastic and just as promised. We were planning to check in very late, so I called them and they made arrangements for us to get into to the unit without any trouble. The receptionist was very friendly. She spoke perfect English and when I told her I am learning French, she started teaching me French. This is a very rare degree of friendliness!
