"We completely enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely, all the amenities you could need. Photos don’t do it justice. We made family dinners and dined out on the terrace over looking the valley. The house and pool made for a relaxing week. The setting is pastoral with day trips to historic sites. The area is filled with medieval history and eco tourism. And of course the WINE, and vineyards. "Michel and Mireille are delightful hosts. They were attentive to our needs while respecting our privacy. The setting was idyllic but the drive up to the gite is not for the faint hearted. It was peaceful, scenic and very hot (we were there during la canicule). We had problems though with the Internet connection (not something we have experienced in France before) which mattered because we needed to work online during the week. "An outstanding house with all the comfort and mod cons we needed for a relaxing holiday in Burgundy. The stylish property was extremely clean and well equipped in a quiet and beautiful location of the village of Boyer. "We had a fantastic stay and the holiday home was fantastic. It was well equipped, clean and spacious and provided an ideal base for our two week stay. The location was ideal and we were able to access many local walking routes. Another highlight was the Lac de Laives which was as a perfect place for our fairy to spend many days.
