"Just had an excellent 4 days in this spotlessly clean, friendly hotel. All the staff went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful, giving local information and providing a really personal service. Breakfast was high quality, delicious and unusually, different every day. Restaurant staff were welcoming, very efficient and aimed to keep all the food topped up and tables cleared. Our room was bright, with a huge bed, plenty of space in the shower and a large area around the sink. Our good sized balcony looked out over the sandy bay and was great for relaxing and people watching. There were many cafes, small supermarkets and restaurants close by with a pleasant walk to the main lagoon area with more attractions. The bus station was a 10 minute walk with links to all areas of the island. Our room was very quiet especially when the balcony doors were closed. Air conditioning was available but we did not need it. There was a free safe. We felt our whole stay was extremely good value for money. Thank you to everyone involved in making our stay special. Only downside was the pool was cold! "

"Prosecco on arrival. Beautiful room (terrible view but we weren’t in the room much). Huge choice at breakfast and dinner. Lovely pool (get up early to secure a sun lounger). Great cocktails, everything very reasonably priced. Superb location minutes from beach, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. First adults only experience, very quiet chilled vibes."

"All inclusive food was excellent - plenty of variety and tasty. All inclusive drinks were ok too - plenty of free options and some paid options. Cocktails were pre-mixed. Staff incredibly friendly, especially in the restaurant and pool bar. Apartments are nice, spacious, and clean. "

"Hotel was overall very good, all inclusive choice of food was excellent, alcohol choices were extremely poor. I would normally stay in H10 and it doesn't really compare to be honest. At H10 you get a choice of a bottle of water or glass of wine with your dinner. Here you only got a small glass of water. Room was very clean and air conditioning was also very efficient, hotel overall was well manicured which makes for a very pleasant experience. Shower size and pressure was excellent, there seemed to be a slight glitch in that occasionally where the shower water would get very hot quite quickly without having touched the regulator (Room 326). Hotel location is very good approx 4km from the port in Puerto del Carmen and something similar to the airport runway. The beach to the front of the hotel is an excellent beach and reasonably safe. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, hotel is designed to make it feel like each room is an apartment and when you leave the room you get a feeling of being outside immediately which is quite nice and takes away the claustrophobic feel of hotel corridors. Entertainment was also very good taking into account it is a holiday hotel, a lot of the performers seemed to be from Bulgaria and we really enjoyed the shows they put on and you could tell there was a lot of effort put in with limited stage and equipment to probably work with so they deserve a lot of credit. Overall its a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay."

"The Royal Level extras were outstanding. The food and service in the RL asana restaurant was 5 star. The RL pool was the only heated one, this was very necessary in the Lanzarote wind. Our room looked out to the power station and it was very very quiet which I appreciated. "

"Stayed here for 2 nights with my boyfriend for a nice short get away. We were amazed with how lovely the hotel is, the rooms were big with plenty of room and very clean. Welcome drinks on arrival and managed to get into the room at 2.15. Breakfast was the best I have had abroad yet. Plenty of selection, massive points for the variety of fresh smoothies they offer. 10/10 Overall we would definitely come back"

"Enjoyed my stay! Location is perfect for a quiet holiday, the main area of Teguise is a short walk/bus. I was half board, lots of choices at both breakfast and dinner and a different theme at dinner. The room was nice, fresh and kept clean. Nice touch with the toothbrush and toothpaste I took for travel home - thank you! Reception team were helpful and friendly. There is a fully packed timetable of things going on, didnt take part and the entertainment wasn't annoying when chilling at the pool - was fun to watch the games. I would recommend staying here. "
