Located in the downtown area of the charming and historic town of Chappell Hill you can enjoy shopping and dining by walking a very short distance or making a short drive into Brenham. We stayed at the cottage while visiting Round Top, TX. It was a great little place to stay the host has thought of everything. We had a little drive every day but round top is very limited to its lodging.

Cozy little cottage
The cottage is very clean and cozy. It is decorated with the cutest decorations and it’s just a beautiful place to sit and relax and enjoy what life has for us. The host Mrs Susie is the sweetest and she really cares about you and she makes sure everything is perfect for your stay.

Beautiful peaceful and serene place . The host gave thought even to the smallest detail. Who, has drinks, coffee and breakfast muffins available for you, oh wait .. Blue Bell ice cream in the freezer and a bowl of snacks on the kitchen table. I simply loved it .

Another great stay at the Sunshine Cottage.

Beautiful cozy little cottage
Such a cozy little cottage. Perfect stay and walking distance to the shops in town. Host has BlueBell ice cream for guest that stay and we sat on porch in the rockers eating our Bluebell. The cottage is decorated so cute and has everything you need for a perfect little getaway.

Perfect cottage in Chappell Hill
This property is a dream. Beautifully decorated and all amenities provided down do muffins and OJ for breakfast and Blue Bell ice cream for dessert. Great communication by the host. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we will definitely be back.
