"Two friends and I enjoyed our stay in early March. Even in late winter the house has a cozy vibe, and there was plenty of space for the three of us. The rugs and towels were well-maintained. We didn't take advantage of the fireplace or firepit, but there were ample supplies in case we wanted to. Very clear directions and procedures for arrival/checking out, and the owner was quick to answer my questions. If we come back to Cape Cod we'd definitely come back to this house."

"The property is just fantastic!!! Beautiful, clean, the deck is amazing and the dock to drop a fishing line from is perfect. The location is amazing and close to anything you want to do!! The host was fantastic answering quickly to any questions we had!! Can’t wait to come back "

"We had such a lovely time staying at this house. It was absolutely immaculate inside and appointed with everything we could need and more. The house is light and airy inside, which helped when we had a few days of rain. The location is secluded in the woods (be careful, we did find ticks on us) but a short drive away from the beaches. We will definitely be back "

"We had a wonderful time. The home is clean, comfortable, well furnished, and extremely well stocked. Plenty of dish detergent, paper towels, soap, etc. and they even provided travel size containers of shampoo and conditioner. Great location within walking distance to the beach. Would definitely stay here again."

"The villa is well maintained and very clean. My stay was perfectly uneventful as I hoped it would be. Comfy accommodations, and conveniently located near to Mashpee Commons. The beach is a two minute walk, the property is lovely. "

"The house itself is just as described and a great location. The host was responsive and helpful leading up to check-in. I would recommend taking pictures on the first day of your stay as I was blamed for carpet stains that were already there. You may also want to let the host know how many cars you plan to have in the drive way as the neighbors will perceive it as a party and call if not known before."

"We were in town for a family wedding, and our group had all adults. The dining room is a nice space. The kitchen is a bit small. Overall, the house was clean and perfectly located. There were a few aspects that were less convenient . We would have liked to the ootion of having a full coffee pot. Atrash cans "
