Disfrute mucho el hotel, el concepto es encantador es como estar en una jungla. Nos ayudaron a agendar unos masajes y todo fueron súper relajante. El staff fue muy amable, tuvimos un tema médico y fueron súper flexibles con nosotros y al final, olvidé una prenda de ropa, la cual amablemente me ayudaron a coordinar una recolección para poder regresarmela. Recomiendo ampliamente esta opción de alojamiento diferente y bonito!!

This is a very unique and beautiful property. If you're looking for quiet and a real feel of being outside, in nature (but with nice amenities), this is it.

Great! But could be better.
The place is amazing. And it is way off the path. The staff was present and the outdoors keepers where great. The hostess was friendly but unassuming. She never checked my idea, showed us how to use some of the more "unique" features (like the full wall window/door. The hot water was tricky, had to take short showers. We ordered from the supplied menu (not much around the property & the site restaurant was closed, they never told us there WAS a restaurant or what the hours where). The order arrived with all the drinks not included etc. The next morning we got coffee from the site cafe. We would stay again, this time we would know what to ask & expect.
