ห้องพักที่ได้อยู่ด้านนอกของบริเวณแมนชั่น ถึงแม้จะเดินออกมาไม่ไกล แต่ค่อนข้างอันตรายเพราะตัวแมนชั่นเองก้ออยู่ในซอย รวมทั้ง ไม่ได้มีการดูแลเลยเหมือนเป็นห้องเก่า ห้องพักแบบนี้ไม่ควรนำมาให้บริการลูกค้า
