Nestled in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park on the Cézallier plateau, between the Sancy massif and the Cantal mountains, this house, completely renovated in 2023, adjoining an old barn, welcomes you in a small mountain hamlet in an environment conducive to rest. Located at an altitude of 1090m, this cottage is in the heart of the owner's farm.
Nearby you can discover the great natural spaces of Cantal as well as the local fauna and flora. Many activities are possible nearby: hiking in the Cantal mountains and the Sancy massif, downhill skiing and various Nordic activities at the Super-Besse resort, fishing in the Rhue as well as swimming and water activities at Lake Lastioulles.
This cottage has an unfenced plot of land (currently being developed) with a panoramic view of the Cézallier plateau, a veranda and private parking.
On the ground floor, fitted kitchen area, living room with flat screen TV and stove (free wood), shower room and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 160X200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 80X200 beds, bathroom and separate toilet. Oil central heating. Prices include all charges.
