"My family of 5 picked this luxury apartment for a recent trip to DAR. Check in was 4pm but we arrived at 4:45pm, but the apartment was still being cleaned. We dropped our luggages and left to allow the cleaning to be completed. We returned at 10:30pm only to find numerous live creeping bugs and a coakroach in one of the bedrooms and the hallway. "Very nice place with everything you could possibly need including some thoughtful touches in the kitchen and storage room. By sea view, I thought it was closer to the beach, but was a few minutes walk through the village - was glad the property owners advised us to bring a flashlight because it was certainly needed at night.
