"Convenient location. Near malls and near the Beijing subway. This is my 3rd time staying at Crown Plaza Zhongguancun. The staff are polite and converse well in English. Hotel isn’t modern but is decent in its amenities. Great gym and overall happy with my stay. Pillow can be a little bit more fluffed up. I found it a little flat. "

"CONS: The room was not very clean. The bathroom fixtures were broken and their was mildew all over the shower. We found random small bugs in the room on 2 or 3 counts. The walls have cracks and damage. Staff were also not super friendly. No one ever smiles at this hotel. PROS: very comfortable bed. Room is very quiet and black out blinds work great. Central location close to shopping and the university. Hotel and surrounding area felt very safe even at night."

"It is a great hotel to stay at. The rooms are spacious; staff are very accommodating; the food is great; I stayed for 12 nights and did not really get bored with breakfast. Overall the place is very clean. It is a short walk to the nearest metro station, which is next to a large shopping centre."
