"A nature retreat, great location with mainly individual cottages, loved their sunset tea and snacks and Great Lake Vembanad views. Food quality and service were excellent. A great idea for a nature retreat! Also, their arrangement for an early morning Shikara through narrow canals of backwater was superb! I wish they took care of our driver as well similar to other hotels"

"We enjoyed our stay although we had been concerned after reading a couple of recent poor reviews. We felt that these were unjustified. The property was remote and relaxing. Sometimes instructions needed to be repeated. Lunch and dinner were very nice although alcohol is not served. The rooms were very big and the staff were very polite. There are a selection of massages in the spa. "

"This was my favorite hotel that I stayed in while in Kerala. The service was top notch - the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable! The property sits right on the water. The rooms are spacious. The food was wonderful. They helped me coordinate a canoe ride through the backwaters. In order to get to the property in this prime location, the car ride is on a small dirt road at the end."
