"We stayed here for 2 nights and had a pleasant stay all throughout. The room had a cozy atmosphere and the overall vibe felt good. We also had buffet dinner at their restaurant Vyom which was okay and have potential to improve on. The only thing that they should improve is the promptness in response from front desk. While there were multiple people checking in kept the front desk busy they should try to improge reaponse rate for in house guests. "

"I have just one complaint about the TV which did not have any paid channels, just wondering, being in AP, couldn't watch Gemini, ETV, MAA, it just plays free channels like ACT. Staff is friendly, busses to Tirumala can be boarded just opposite to the hotel, many shops are available closeby."

"We spent 3 nights at this hotel. A great hotel with great staff , always willing to help. Clean rooms and linens with 24/7 hot hot water . This facility has elevator services and underground parkade for guests. Mr. Lokesh , duty manager was always there to assist with any request for transportation and sightseeing.
