Little lake house/ Fish cabin get away

Our little house is a work in progress but still a great getaway. Private community boat ramp and pier at lake 600 feet down street from cabin. Plenty of parking. Nice community pool with small playground adjacent. Pool closed on Mondays. Pool open Memorial day to Labor day.. Wooded back yard with fire pit. Sleeps 5. One large bedroom with King size SLEEP Number Bed! Small bunk room with bunkbeds. Top bunkbed does Not have quard rail. Bottom bunk okay for little ones.
Futon makes full size bed. Comfortable for 1 adult or 2 children. Full kitchen including blender for smoothies or your bullet proof coffee. Coffee pot of course.. Also has crock pots,
Inside electric grill, air fryer and waffle maker. Outside charcoal BBQ grill.
Decks outside of bedroom and in back. Hardwired internet and wifi. Please smoke outside to respect others. Come get away and enjoy Lake Palestine in Chandler Tx.

Decent well outfitted lake house, close to a boat ramp. Whoever left those bad reviews was probably expecting a 5 star hotel. It's a lake house with everything you need. We used it for fishing a bass tournament and was satisfied. Nothing fancy, but just what we needed.

Cute cabin getaway
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this cute cabin. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfasts and heating other meals. My husband also used the charcoal grill for delicious hamburgers.

Ivy was amazing with directions, made sure to check in, has phone numbers to contact if needed, the cabin was so cute, we stayed for a softball tournament and the kids LOVED it, nice outside set up and it’s right off the lake, we will definitely be booking again for our summer tournament!

Texas High School Bass Association State Championship
This was our second stay at this property. We were at the house back-to-back weekends to prepare for my son's bass fishing tournament and then compete in the 2 day event on 5/18 and 5/19. The house was perfect for our needs as the private neighborhood boat ramp allowed us to launch near our primary fishing location.

Pretending it's Nana's house
My grandkids live on the lake as few miles south of this cabin. We spend days with them, but it is fun to bring them here, make cookies, dinner, relax with them, let them play assorted games.. just have a change of scenery. Much better for us than staying in a hotel room in town.

Lake Palestine Fishing Trip
My son and I spent three days on Lake Palestine pre-fishing for the Texas High School Bass Association state tournament. The house was perfect for our needs. We were able to back a 21' boat and trailer plus truck right next to the front porch for battery charging and gear prep/organization. We also had access to 3 private boat ramps in the neighborhood which saved us money and travel time. We are scheduled to stay again the following weekend for the tournament and are looking forward to our stay.

Family fishing getaway
Great cozy family fishing getaway spot. Loved having our fur babies and family all together. The only drawback was the community boat ramp is not functional as it hasn't been kept up with. But other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our quick family getaway. Easy access to convenience stores and larger towns with shopping available.

Absolutely wonderful
The house was so cozy. We definitely used the deck with the lights. We walked to lake and collected shells, and the fishing was great for my kids. We got a couple of laughs from the signs on the wall. The property owners were so sweet and helpful. Just a great experience.

Great for a few days
Used the property primarily for sleeping. Word of Caution: Some of the carpet edges are curled upward and cause a tripping hazard. Be very careful. The house was very clean and had everything you would need for a long stay, dishes, silverware, etc..

Nice little cabin close by the lake. Quiet and well-equipped. (All kitchen supply, ice making refrigerator, dishwasher...even washer and dryer)Nice nature sounds around the the backyard. nice home, if you are looking for quiet area and love fishing is great place, not for big families two private areas only, inside is nice took me a whole 3 days to read all the signs on the walls but some are funny. Neighborhood is not well kept so if you don't mind that is a great place for the price. Overall i love it. Went to the water park, and kayak at the lake, plenty things to do there. Owner is a very nice person .

Quiet cabin retreat
We loved our 5 night stay at this cabin by Lake Palestine. Everything you could possibly need for a short stay and probably longer too! Loved all the television viewing options as we spent most of our time indoors. We were shocked not to see one insect inside the cabin as it is right by a wooded area. We were disappointed by the pool as it was full of insects and the dock to fish is definitely in disrepair. However, the cabin itself was awesome and we truly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking gadgets and stores were very close for supplies. Overall, would recommend!

Awesome host and great home!
We traveled here over Memorial Day weekend for a family gathering and to fish. This cabin literally has everything! Felt like home away from home. I loved how clean and fresh the place smelled. The yard was perfect for our dogs. No issues finding the home. Washer and Dryer, Air Fryers, clean towels and linen etc. No issues with the host or communication. Great access to the lake. Wonderful experience all around! Will be booking this home in the future when visiting Moorestation again. Thanks Ivy!
