"The hotel doesn’t have a lift which was problematic for those with mobility issues in our group. The staff were kind and went out of their way to help us with local phonecalls & taxis which was appreciated & accommodated us when extending our stay. A few minor enhancements would improve the room e.g. having hooks behind the door in bathroom or a rail to hang towels. Breakfast could have more continental options but was not bad for what we paid.
