Les Terrasses de la Vallée

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Champs-sur-Marne, this charming apartment of a surface of 90 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 3rd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 35 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a shared garden of about 500 m². Wifi (optical fiber), bed linen and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- An air-conditioned living room of 35 m² with TV, electric fireplace (no maintenance required)
- A kitchen equipped with : oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine with filter...
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with Italian shower and two basins.
- A separate toilet.
- Local linen room.

Outside :
- A private terrace of 40m², with furniture for 6 people to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A garden shared with the residence.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Champs-sur-Marne, in a very pleasant and quiet environment and very close to the Marne river. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Disneyland Paris: An enchanted kingdom for young and old, located about 22 minutes away by car.
- La Vallée Village: Elegant open-air shopping center with over 100 stores, located about 22 minutes away by car.
- Champs-sur-Marne Castle and Park: located approximately 30 minutes away on foot.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the closed garage (in the basement) of the apartment.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Noisy-Champs allowing a direct link with the center of Paris (Chatelet - les halles) but also Disney Marne la vallée, all within 30 minutes walking distance.
- Self-service cars nearby (GETAROUND or CLEM car-sharing)
- Bus line at the foot of the residence (distributing the whole of Greater Paris) and RER at 15 minutes walk.
- Nearest airport: Roissy Charles de Gaulle at about 33 minutes by car.

Other remarks :
- Free Wifi available (optical fiber).
- The fireplace is functional and electric which allows it to heat (wood is not necessary).
- Pets accepted (one pet only) at extra cost, please specify when booking. (15€/stay)
- The whole residence is fenced and secured.
- The terrace is also directly accessible from the outside.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

Our paris stay
This was a beautiful place to stay. The outside deck is wonderful! A lovely place to watch the sun go down. The kitchen was fully stocked. Some bigger bath towels would've been appreciated. There was some miscommunication after we arrived & we were unable to get the wifi password for our first night & the entire next day, but that was eventually figured out. It would be beneficial to have a welcome booklet with some of the important information available to the renters.There are a lot of different keys & doors to get in/out of the building, but we were given great instructions on how to get in. It is about a 20 min walk to the train station, but the bus stop is just around the corner. There is a lovely little pizza & sandwich place right next door. We didn’t explore the area too much, we went to downtown Paris each day. Overall, we loved the place & enjoyed our time here.
