"Didn't even stay there! It was extremely hard to find. The woman there didn't get up from her TV either time we drove in the driveway. Once she answered the door, the stairs were not climbable to access the room. "

"The owners were lovely and very welcoming with off road parking provided within the grounds. The whole building was full or character and very stylishly decorated to a high level with a selection of D-day memorabilia and information in the dining room. There was a good breakfast included of Croissant/Pain au Chocolate/Pain au Raisin and bread, preserves and cheese together with hot drinks and juice. A particularly nice touch was a selection of chocolates in the bedroom. Would certainly recommend...

"We stayed here for one night after arriving earlier in Cherbourg. The property was easily found using a sat nav. The owner, Roger, was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable with refreshments available. Having asked prior to our arrival, we had a fantastic 3 course evening meal expertly prepared and presented by his young chef Brenda. Breakfast in the morning was a continental offering with the option of freshly cooked bacon and scrambled eggs. Everything was spot on....

"Two black marks against my name on our arrival as we arrived a whole 5 mins before time - and I perched on a stool in the hallway to say hello to the dog to be told I mustn’t sit on the stool as it’s an antique!! Welcome !! "The only negative aspect about our staying is there’s no wifi and it’s a 30min of walk till the bus parking to reach Mont St+Michel after or 45 of walk till there. The rest is perfect"
