"Stayed here w 2 college friends (we met in 1990!) And the location and space were perfect! All we needed and more! And we benefitted from harvest goodies in the form of tomatoes and basil that were perfect for our Friday evening snack! Comfortable beds, great coffee maker, and the autumn weather was perfect for hanging out on the deck. "

"I love all the woodwork on the first floor (its what made me select the place), but the owner needs to spend some $$ to fix it up, its really looking tired. They also need to put a little more effort into trimming the yard. Its the whole first floor and basement of a large house. There are separate apts above (Not connected other then front entrance) There was some confusion with one of the apt tenets about parking, but they were nice and we easily figured out a solution. All in all I liked...

"Check-in was easy. The house was exceptionally clean. The neighborhood was quiet. Wifi worked well. And the host left a few snacks. If you stay there, also go eat at the Little Oven restaurant on Minnehaha Avenue! It has "Grumpy Old Men" vibes but was SO good!"

"Great location to catch sporting events and concerts. Using the light rail system can practically eliminate any need for a vehicle rental. North Washington Avenue/Street has a lot of eateries and pubs at easy walking distances. The locals in the North Loop are super friendly. We’ll be back. SKOL!"

"80 degrees & sunny during MEA weekend, and the property equaled the fantastic weather in every respect!  Loved the kayaks, the hot tub, multiple decks/patios, the swinging recliners, the six bedrooms/bathrooms, grand piano, fully equipped kitchen(s)... Our experience was the best of all the rentals since our group of college women began gathering for an annual "retreat" going back as far as 1987. Thank you, Brian, for creating such a great destination.  We'll be back!"
