Enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 down, 1 up), 3 full tub/shower combo baths, 2 sleeper sofas, full size in unit washer/dryer, kitchen with everything you need such as coffeemakers ( drip and k-cup), toaster, blender, all dish and glassware, etc. Dining table seats 6-8, kitchen island seats 4, Living room with views of mountains and trees has large L sofa and full size sleeper sofa.

Downstairs Master Bedroom has Queen bed and bath, 2nd bed downstairs has two bunk beds (4 twin) and bath that opens from BR or foyer/living room. Upstairs, you'll love the privacy of the Queen bed and bath with great sunrise views across the treetops and mountain. All bedrooms have blinds for sleeping. The loft upstairs has a full size sleeper sofa to allow for 2 more guests.

The condo is located right on Village trail allowing you to ski/board/hike right from the unit. There are many fantastic activities year round at the resort and nearby. In winter, enjoy skiing, boarding, snow tubing, take advantage of on site restaurants or the Trillium spa or just relax in the comfortable and spacious condo. In warmer months, you'll love to hike enjoying the cool mountain air, relax on our deck or enjoy the incredible variety of Seven Springs activities such as swimming, tennis, golf, sporting clays, 50 foot tower climb, rock wall climb, Alpine slide, paddle boats, fishing, motocross cycling, bowling, mini golf, arcade games and much more. Nearby, take advantage of Frank Lloyd Wright's iconic Falling Water, squeal in delight as you slide down the natural water slide at Ohiopyle State Park, ride bikes on the Great Allegheny Passage, take the kids to Idlewild and Soak Zone for adventure and fun, go white water rafting or kayaking, enjoy area restaurants and other parks, visit the town of Confluence where the rivers list goes on!
