Stay In The Beautifully Restored Cabin On This Historic 52 Acre Organic Farm
This is a true one-of-kind experience to stay at this amazing 52 acre historic landmark property right near Seven Springs, Hidden Valley, Ligonier, Fallingwater and Ohiopyle. The farm property includes a huge pond for swimming and is adjacent to a 3000 acre state forest with the most incredible hiking trails. Just a few miles off of the turnpike you will surround yourself with the amazing feeling of living on a restored historic farm.
Rent this incredibly lovely one-room plus one bathroom bunkhouse that is situated right next to the historic barn. The bunkhouse has been newly redone with a fully equipped kitchen and lovely bath. The pull-out sofa-bed is a double so it sleeps two and the futon is a twin which sleeps one very comfortably as you enjoy a relaxing night on this quiet farm.
Please note that we prefer a two-night stay for weekend rentals.

We were impressed with this refurbished chicken coup! A fun place to stay in- like a tiny house! Very clean and all our needs were met! We hiked the grounds and found the hidden pond! We visited Frank Lloyd Wright’s Falling Waters-
The bunkhouse was perfect! Beautiful, cozy, accommodating! Saturday went to the winery in the barn behind the bunkhouse, absolutely amazing! The venue was gorgeous and the wine was delicious. Janet the host was easy to reach and communicate with. Can not wait to stay again!
The cabin is clean and just as described. Just big enough for a family of 4 with 2 small kids for a quick trip. Plenty of space to roam and play. Close to other area attractions. Thanks for a nice last minute stay!
The cabin is in a very quiet, pretty, and peaceful location less than 15 minutes from seven springs. Overall the cabin worked great for a quiet ski weekend. Would definitely suggest bringing your own blankets and sheets, the house is drafty, there were few blankets and only sheets for the mattress itself.
Positives
Very clean upon arrival, very well laid out with comfortable furniture. Unique interior trim work of recycled barn siding. All necessary small appliances cleaned and in working order.
One thing to improve would be to place the microwave on the counter top. Too high on refrigerator.
I would recommend it !
Cute little place to stay on a picturesque farm. The bunkhouse was just right for us. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful grounds and highly recommend checking out the pond and hiking on the trails in the natural area next door. Everything was nicer than expected, we would definitely stay here again.
This little rental was perfect for me and my daughter.
This little rental was perfect for me and my adult daughter to visit the local hiking trails for some winter fun.
The rental was clean and warms up nice. And you cant beat the price. Close to everything.
Definitely stay again.
This bunkhouse was just what we needed for one night. It's a well-planned little space comparable to a hotel room, but with a larger kitchen space. The quietness of the farm made for a good night's sleep. We were close enough to pop over to Falling Water the next morning before continuing our journey.
Campus was pretty, location is close to lots of things to do outdoors. Needs better cleaning. Floors had debris, toilet had haircuttings? Definitely needed a once over before guests arrived.

The peace, quiet and beauty of Walden Pond; the sleep comfort of the gulag. of the
No bed provided. When i saw it had a fold out sofa - the kind with torture bars - and a futon, I thought they were in addition to the bed. Not good.
I stayed in the bunkhouse for three nights by myself (needed a break from work, husband and two crazy dogs) and had a wonderful time doing pretty much nothing but hiking, reading, eating and napping. The bunkhouse had everything I needed and was cozy and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the host responded pretty much immediately when I emailed her about the pond. (I couldn’t find it.) She called me and explained how to get there—a lovely hike through a field of wildflower (but with a mowed trail). The pond was a hidden gem. All in all, a very very peaceful time.

Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
Accurate listing but uncomfortable over-all
Both sofa-bed and futon very uncomfortable. Linens stained/dirty, worn and damaged which makes the extra charge for using the linens feel like a rip off. An outdoor seating area would be nice, or some kind of orientation to the farm to feel more welcome.
