Guests will enter on the 2nd floor, which is the main floor and features 1 powder room, the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Off of the living room is the deck where the grill can be found.
In the basement/game room, guests will find 4 full beds in the bunkbed sets, in addition to a queen-sized pull out sofa in the main part of the basement. There is a bathroom featuring a shower, plenty of space for activity, in addition to a fooseball table and backdoor access to nearby ski trails.
The top floor features a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary features not only a king bed, but a twin bed with a twin pull-out trundle, and a private deck.
The 1st guest bedroom sleeps 2 on a queen, and shares the second bathroom with the 3rd guest bedroom, which also features a queen in addition to a twin bed with a pull-out trundle.

Parking enough for 1 vehicle inside garage and 1 vehicle in driveway. There is limited overflow parking in the cul-de-sac in which the unit is situated. A large overflow lot is accessible to guests just across from the entry gates to the community. Please note that street parking and/or parking in neighbors' drivways or property is strictly prohibited by the HOA and violators will be fined accordingly. Violators may also be at risk of towing.
