Stonegate 8125 has zero steps leading in, is multi-level, offers internet
access, and is not pet friendly. This deluxe-rated unit sleeps eight. Nine
steps down from the entry foyer, you'll find the living room featuring a flat-
screen TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and a gas fireplace available for guest use.
The fully functional kitchen includes a breakfast bar with three stools, and
the dining table seats six. The main bedroom offers a queen bed and a full
bath, while the second bedroom has a set of bunk beds, a day bed/trundle, and
a second full bath.
This unit is ski-in/ski-out, weather permitting, and includes a one-car
garage, with shuttle service also available. The deck provides a grand view of
the mountains, though there is no gas grill for guest use. Stonegate is
conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community. Parking is
guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two depending on location, with
plenty of overflow parking available on-site within the communities.
All homes include whole-house air conditioning, a washer/dryer (laundry
detergent not included), an iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the living
room, and a dishwasher (detergent provided). Bed and bath linens are included,
though shampoo is not. Additional amenities include paper towels, trash bags,
and toilet tissue. This unit also provides access to tennis and basketball
courts and community pools during the summer. Condo guests are welcome to
utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations
required).
The Villages is comprised of 5 different communities including
Woodridge/Meadowridge/Sunridge/Stonegate/Stoneridge. They are all located in
close proximity to Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The homes range in size from
a cozy 1-bedroom to expansive 4-bedrooms where you are sure to find the
perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to
offer.
All condo rental homes offer whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer
(laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the
main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens
(soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that includes:
utensils/cookware/flatware and paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue.
In the summer months, there are tennis/basketball courts, and two community
outdoor pools available on a per unit basis.
_ **(NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental
guests.)**_ However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the
resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo
rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out _**(WEATHER PERMITTING)**_.
All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.
Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on
location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site
within the communities.

Remote check-in is an option. Please call our hotel front desk to provide a
credit card for incidentals & sign your paperwork no less than 24 hours prior
to your arrival to avoid checking in at the hotel front desk. More
