Mountain Splendor is a beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse located in the Sunridge development at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The stylish unit is perfect for a ski/mountain getaway with extended family or for a couple's weekend. Feel your stress melt away at this four season location. The townhouse is within steps of the ski slopes. In warmer months, enjoy access to a large outdoor pool/clubhouse area and tennis courts at the end of the street. At Mountain Splendor you will enjoy the perfect blend of mountain relaxation with Seven Springs Resort amenities a few minutes away.
The First level includes: Comfortable furnishings adorn the living room with large screen TV and gas fireplace.
Fully equipped updated kitchen with quartz counter tops and cherry cabinets. All stainless steel appliances. Comes furnished with Pots/pans, dinnerware, small appliances (crock pot, air fryer, toaster, blender, etc) and spices for your use. Also complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate to warm you on cold blustery days.
Dining room can seat 6 but extends to accommodate more. Also seating at the kitchen island counter. Sliding glass doors open to a beautiful patio with outdoor cook top burner, grill and hot tub.
Spacious bedroom has queen bed, large screen TV and updated bathroom with walk in shower. All bedrooms come with hair dryer and complimentary toiletry items in case you forget to pack a few things.
Finished, heated garage for preparing a full day on the slopes. Ski and coat racks provided for your convenience. Access to Village trail directly across the street.
Second floor includes: Luxurious master bedroom with queen bed, large screen TV, gas fireplace and sliding glass doors onto a balcony with breath taking views of the mountain. Master bath with double sinks and walk in steam shower.
Second bedroom with king bed, large screen TV. Jack and Jill bath opens to spacious loft with queen sofa sleeper. Washer and dryer available tucked behind the bi-fold bookcase.

Third year staying here, never disappoints. Great ski in/out location and home is very well appointed and maintained. Hot tub is always great after a day on the slopes. Hopefully next year the weather is better for skiing, but house was wonderful as always.

Seven Springs Getaway
We stayed here three nights and loved it. Great location and plenty of space. Our kids (3 teenagers) enjoyed being able to snowboard right onto the slopes and then jump into the hot tub at night. Owners responded quickly to every question we had....definitely look forward to staying here again next year!

This was our second time staying at this property because of the great family space, proximity to the pool, and outdoor space with hot tub that is one of the best we have seen in Sunridge. Robin is a great host!

Lovely week-end!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week-end at this lovely townhouse. The fire in the fireplace and lit candles scattered throughout gave such a cozy atmosphere. Though it rained part of the time, just being in the townhouse was so serene and comforting. This place is very special to us!

This is about as perfect a place that you can get. Well stocked kitchen with spices and odds and ends. Have to be comfortable with taxidermy though.

Rest & Relaxation at Mountain Splendor
My family takes an annual trip in the fall to Seven Springs. We have stayed at Robin’s place multiple times and are always happy we did. Her place checks the boxes and meets the needs of everyone in our group, en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom, hot tub, grill, outdoor seating, and clean! We love Robb’s place. I highly recommend Robin’s place if you are headed to the Seven Springs/Laurel Highlands area.

White water rafting trip
Beautiful and absolutely everything you need was there! We brought our pickle ball paddles and balls and corn hole and lo and beHold they were there when we got there! So clean and spacious! The hot tub was such a nice touch after a day on the rapids!
