Recently renovated in fall of 2021 this 3,900sq.ft. end unit town home with luxurious finishes sleeps 14 and boasts granite countertops throughout, wood and tile flooring and new carpeting in the bedrooms, numerous large 65inch smart TV's throughout. 2 gas fireplaces, stainless steel appliances, enjoy relaxing in 6 person hot tub after a long day on the slopes. Property is ski in with a short walk back out on to the trail. 2 car garage and plenty of entertainment area for the whole family

The Perfect Getaway
This place was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend! The host was super accommodating by letting us check in early. Everything was very clean, the kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Hot tub was clean and super fun! Overall it was awesome, we will definitely be back!

Great location
This house is in a prime location. We appreciated the ease to access the mountain from this neighborhood, especially the north face. While the house was not directly on a run, we just had to cross the street, walk up a small hill, past a few other condos and we were directly on a run. The direct lift deposits you a bit north and you can ski back to where you started. Accommodations were comfortable. There are plenty of towels and linens, but it’s best to bring all your soaps, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels, etc. We had a great time skiing at Seven Springs for the weekend and will be back! Thanks!

Weekend Getaway
We had a wonderful time at this property. It was perfect for our group. It was laid out beautifully, the place was spotless, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub while it snowed. The shuttle to and from the resort was also very nice as we didn’t have to worry about parking. We plan to stay at this property again!

Great winter get away
We traveled with 5 adults and 2 children and had more than enough room. Even an extra bedroom. The house is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this house to others and would definitely visit again!

Nice condo, good location.
Overall it was a good stay. There was an issue with cleaning when we arrived. Unfortunately it did dampen the trip at first but the owner and property manager were responsive. The cleaners did a great job while we were there. I would definitely stay again. The slopes are a very short walk (50ft) and this area has a ski lift. The condo itself was spacious. Fairly well stocked kitchen.

Excellent getaway location
We love staying at Seven Springs - lots to do even when the slopes are not open. This house was a perfect getaway for a long holiday weekend. We had a surprise birthday dinner for my mom’s 70th. Loads of room for our family, 3 sisters and some friends!

Absolutely beautiful home!
There were 13 of us ranging in age from 91 years to a 3 month old baby. All family members from different parts of PA who wanted to gather together for a mini summer vacation. This was the perfect home for us! Although it rained intermittently and we were not able to enjoy the outside adventures at Seven Springs as much as we would have liked, we were able to spend quality time together by playing card games inside and enjoying the hot tub.😊 This home was extremely clean and is absolutely beautiful inside. The pictures don’t do it justice. Everything is high-end, from the countertops to the appliances to the luxurious bath towels to the very comfortable beds. I cannot say anything bad about this home. We did have a very minor problem, but it was dealt with immediately - thank you! I highly recommend this home!😊

Family Ski Weekend
Perfect location for 4 generations to come and enjoy Seven Springs! I grew up skiing here, and now enjoy bringing my parents, children, and grandchild! The home is beautiful and spacious. Exactly as listed! Plenty of room for all of us. Conveniently located on the mountain so those of us skiing could come and go easily. Those with us who did not ski enjoyed their time spent in the condo. It is not a ski in/ski out, but it was only a short climb up a slope to the trail. Very doable, even for an out of shape 51 year old grandmother! I look forward to being able to stay here again!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the property. The description was a bit inaccurate when it came to "ski in and short walk out". It was along walk out and ski in only happens if the chair lift is running, which it was not!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was very clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, the towels were luxurious, and the beds were amazing. We came for a ski weekend and our group included 3 families with teenage children. We never felt cramped or crowded. The layout of each level was perfect with easy traffic flow in the kitchen and plenty of bathrooms. The mudroom on the lower level was a perfect space to gear up for the slopes and to dry out wet gloves and boots upon return. The lower level was ideal for the teens and they loved playing shuffleboard and cards at the poker table. We were impressed from the minute we arrived until our departure 3 days later. There's not a single thing that could have been better. We will definitely return!

The house is great for so many reasons, but I must say that in all of the houses/condos that we have rented over the years, this is in the top 3 for cleanliness. Very grateful for that, thank you!!!! We will definitely rent again. The kitchen could use just a little bit more in the cabinets - food storage containers with lids, food tongs, oven mitts, pot holders. There is a nice binder in the kitchen, but it could use some instruction on how to close up the house - trash, thermostat, linens, towels. We saw a shuttle bus driving around, but we weren't sure how to utilize it. Is there a phone number or one that is designated to Southwinds?

Beautiful place but inaccurate listing
The house was absolutely gorgeous. We had no trouble contacting the property owner and getting into the property, and we really appreciated how relaxed the property manager was. However, the hot tub had absolutely no water, and I’m not quite sure how 18 people were the total number they came up with. There was one king, and 6 doubles. None of the couches were pull outs, which I originally thought due to photos. So if a couch is actually a bed space, I mean maybe? We also completely ran out of toilet paper in one day. And a mouse ran across our feet. Not a huge deal to us but might be to others!!
