"Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Teenagern und hatten das Apartment gebucht, um eine Woche lang in Chamonix Ski zu fahren. Bereits beim Eintritt in das Chalet fiel uns ein eigenartiger Geruch auf. Beim Verräumen stellten wir fest, dass an vier von fünf Fensterbänken bzw. der Laibung schwarzer Schimmel vorhanden war. Im Bad zeigte ein Großteil der sichtbaren Fußleisten starken Schimmelbefall. Das Bad hat keine Heizung und auch keine separate Lüftungseinrichtung, dafür aber viel Holzvertäfelung....

"This place made our vacation one of the best! Very clean and have more than you can ask for. No wifi, but you can get the next door shop free wifi from 8am to 8pm. Everything is within walking distance or you can use the free ski shuttle. Claudia is very helpful. She went above and beyond and called us to make sure we get into the apartment. Sent me videos on how to open the balcony doors… so many surprises in the apartment that will make your stay even better. Highly recommended. Thanks...

"We had a great stay here. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. Having been to Samoens before, we enjoyed the central location. We were disappointed that there was not a hot tub as per the listing, however this is not the fault of the owner but something we will take up with Vrbo. "

Il était humide et a nécessité d’être bien aéré en arrivant, il y avait très peu de fournitures de départ (liquide vaisselle, pastilles de lave vaisselle, savon, papier toilette) et l’internet devrait faire partie de la dotation initiale. En dehors de cela, tout est très bien dans ce logement. La douche gagnerait à avoir un rideau ou une paroi pour ne pas éclabousser partout"

"We had a very comfortable stay at Alison and Stephen’s place. We found that we had everything that we needed for cooking and relaxing. The pool was a great bonus (it’s only small but was always quiet). The location of the apartment is perfect - ski bus stop round the corner and a few mins walk into beautiful Samoens. We had a fair bit of trouble with the wifi which was the only negative. It was slow during the day and for some reason didn’t work in the evenings. Alison and Stephen were helpful...

"We had a brilliant stay. After squeezing into some very cosy ski apartments in the past this felt very spacious for a family of four. It was great to have a bath tub to soak in after a day on the mountain (albeit a small one) and two bathrooms. The apartment was really well equipped with everything you need, including a great stash of essentials (condiments, tea, coffee, olive oil etc).The location is ideal for accessing the pretty town centre. It's above a well stocked grocery shop, 2 minutes...
