Beautiful new house 3 km from the town of Champcevinel, quiet, in a haven of greenery a stone's throw from Périgueux classified 'City of Art and History' (St Front Cathedral, Tour de Vésone, Gallo-Roman circuit, circuit Medieval-Renaissance, Mataguerre Tower, museums...). 24 km from Brantôme (Abbaye and village). Also worth seeing: Bourdeilles and Puyguilhem castles, Villars caves, village of St Jean de Côle (Floralies on the weekend of May 8), Truffle eco-museum and truffle trails in Sorges (17 km). 1 hour drive from Montignac (International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4) and Sarlat, a medieval town with an exceptional heritage.
