"No reception found our rooms and assumed they were ours. Simple accommodation but suited our circumstances excellently. Suzanne becoming a run down town. One very good pizza restaurant and a cafe closed 2130 on a day France was playing in the euros???"

"This was the third time we have stayed here. Just as lovely as always. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast had very good choices and lovely homemade jams. Always served with a friendly smile. Aircon in the room was brilliant and much needed. Lots to see and do in the area. We’ll definitely be returning!!"

"Do not be driven by the cover photo. This a working property and the rooms are above the office and working area. When work is over, no one is at the property. This is a very pedestrian stay. Our room was disappointing. The shower pan did not drain and my shower had to be cut short to avoid overflow. Our room door did not lock and once shut, it took the full force of my aging body to push it open. The main door to the building did lock however. The view was spectacular. We left early. "

"This place was in a perfect location to explore the town. The room had a small fridge, which was useful. Please note that parking is not available on site. Also, if you do not like dogs I would not recommend that you stay here. There is a dog (that the owner admits is aggressive) that guards the property."

"If you have a car this is a very convenient spot to stay. It is close enough to enjoy what Epernay has to offer without having to compete for a parking space. It is a very quiet area and a great spot to base yourself if you are interested in exploring the vineyards and villages in the Champagne region. "A l’occasion des 50 ans de mon père, j’ai décidé de lui organiser un anniversaire surprise. La mauvaise surprise était sans aucun doute le lieu. Ne vous fiez pas à la description car ce n’est pas ressemblant, la « pièce de jeu » n’était pas à notre disposition, l’enceinte à utiliser obligatoirement ne fonctionne pas et pour finir certaines choses ne sont pas aux normes (pas de détecteur de fumé, mur de la « discothèque » qui se désintègre…) Bon courage si vous réservez en hiver, vous serez...
