Football weekend
6 of us (brothers, sons, friend) stayed Friday-Monday for Michigan's football game vs Illinois. Location was great, just a short walk to downtown, campus and stadium. Floor plan was somewhat "unique", but nothing really to complain about. Each of us had our own room, gathering room big enough for all of us, and kitchen had everything we needed and more.

Big house close to campus
Had a great time in CU visiting with family. The house was clean and had plenty of room to hang out. The video games were an added bonus. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Before Easter
It was nice n very enjoyable. We took kids to trampoline park & an outdoor park. There was plenty of room. The separation of spaces worked out great for us. The only suggestion I have is to check bed mattresses &/or toppers. My daughter, who has mild back sensitivities, ended up with an exacerbation of thrown out back & into her neck. She slept in the back bedroom. She made a comment about it after the first night then was in excruciating pain after 2nd. My daughter in law slept in the middle bedroom. She doesn’t have back issues however stated the bed was very uncomfortable. My husband n I slept in front room. Our bed was fantastic. My 3 sons made no comments about their beds. One seldomly has lower back issues. They slept in downstairs bedrooms & the other was in the open bedroom upstairs. Just thought u would like to know. We would definitely come back again as long as the 2 mattresses in 2 back upstairs bedrooms were updated. TY for a wonderful memorable family gathering. It was great!!

Business Trip
We needed a place for our employees to stay while working at the University. The location and size of home was ideal for our needs. The Host was very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and when snow fell they came and did snow removal. We needed to extend our stay 2 times and the host was able to extend us smoothly, and asked if we needed any refresh of towels, trash, etc. The house was perfect and provided our workers with a home away from home after a long day of work.

In town for funeral
My family and I were in Champaign for a funeral, the check in was very easy. Morgan was a great host and responded very quickly. The place had every thing we needed, was spacious, very clean and everything was in working condition. The house is in an older, quiet neighborhood and we had plenty of parking. We didn't have kids staying overnight but some came over to visit and they enjoyed the play area. We all enjoyed our stay.

Great for families
Great communication! Lots of space for families. We enjoyed our stay. It’s definitely an older home with some character that comes with older homes. It could probably use an overall deep cleaning, but linens, bedding, etc were clean. The neighborhood made us pause, but we had absolutely no issues. Convenient location. We stayed here for a baseball tournament. Lots of games and space for spending time with family.

Family Football Weekend
Great for stay with large extended family or group. Comfortable living space for all to hang out. Also 3 full baths allowed for everyone to get ready within a reasonable time frame.
