The location was amazing. It is right in the middle of town just blocks from the Cathedral. "The apartment is one in a maze of apartment buildings and was hard to find. The problem was made worst by extensive road repairs that closed the most logical streets into the building. Our GPS was stumped and could not get us in. The property manager only speaks French and we only English so that was hard but we overcame that. The apartment had ZERO towels and ,face clothes. "We had a great stay in Épernay. A couple things to note for those considering a stay. Parking - this is a residential neighborhood and parking was always available but we parked 500 meters away often. Laundry - it took 3 hrs to wash a load of laundry, 3 days to dry the laundry. Dryer was not up to the task, but there was a clothes hanger that did help. Thankfully we stayed 5 days. Saturday morning market is 50 meters from the door and it is a must.
