Triplex In The Heart Of Chamonix

Located on the emblematic central square of Chamonix with a view of the Mont Blanc, you will enjoy a comfortable triplex entirely renovated by an architect and decorated with care. Drop your car and enjoy the ideal hyper-center location to do everything on foot.
Located on the second and last floor of a typical Chamonix building with the charm of the old, the apartment is composed of 2 floors and a small additional triplex refuge.

## Logement
This beautiful triplex space with exposed beams, renovated in a modern and minimalist style with high quality natural materials, will allow you to live a few days in Chamonix comfortably. It can accommodate 6 people!
- On the second floor, you will find the living room with a kitchen in Chamonix granite.
- On the second floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a separate bathroom with toilet.
- On the third floor, you will find a refuge type room with a double bed.

You will enjoy a real immersion in the heart of Chamonix life thanks to the location in the hyper-center: restaurants, stores, bars, museum, tourist office, guide company, activities and access to the Brevent-Flégère domain at 10 minutes walking distance. The breathtaking view of the Mont-Blanc at the foot of the apartment will leave you with beautiful memories.

The third floor refuge room is partially open to the central staircase
The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

The Chamonix train station is a 5-10 minute walk away and so is the bus station!
Transport is free thanks to the guest cards given in the flat.

A ski rental shop "O'shop" is a 10 minute walk away, on the Place Edmond Desailloud, and will offer you a 20% discount on presentation of the flyer left in the flat. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.

For bookings validated before 16 November 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost.
For bookings made after 16 November 2023, linen is included.

You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

A professional cleaning is done before and after each guest.

Famous ski resort, Chamonix is famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively city center and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800 m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
