Peaceful stay
We had a lovely and peaceful stay in Les Praz. We normally stay in Chamonix, but we actually preferred this experience.

Perfect Holiday
We spent a week in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. The view of the glaciers is fantastic. It is very nicely furnished. We especially liked the proximity to public transport.

Great two storey chalet so close to Le Praz gondola
Great little challet set out in two floors with two bedrooms down below and access direct to car park right next to the property which was very handy to load the car every morning. The upper floor is a large loung area with integrated kitchen - really comfortable for a family ski holidays.

Tolles Chalet und unkomplizierte Vermietung
Ein tolles Chalet: Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich (z.B. viel Holz, indirektes Licht) und dennoch modern. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass der Wohnbereich so hell ist und viel Sonenlicht rein lässt. Auch die Terasse ist wundervoll mit Blick auf den Mont Blanc und Aiguille du Midi. Der Kontakt mit Sylvie verlief super und unkompliziert. Klare Empfehlung.

A month’s stay
We rented this property for a month. The chalet was the perfect home base for our activities in the Chamonix valley. It is very convenient to the train, buses, shops and restaurants and the chalet itself has a nice layout with beautiful views of Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Dru.

Tolles Chalet mit allem was man braucht
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Insbesondere die obere Etage (Wohnraum und Küche) ist toll. Der Ausblick auf den Mont Blanc und der Balkon hat uns auch sehr gefallen.

Gemütlich und gut gelegen
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich mit Terrasse und wunderbarem Ausblick. 7 Minuten zum Lift und zu einer Epicerie wo es frisches Brot gibt. Wir konnten unser Auto stehen lassen. Der Bus fährt nahe dem Haus ab Richtung Chamonix. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und die Buchung und Zugang waren super einfach. Auch für gute Wandertipps ist Sylvie gerne bereit. Gerne wieder, vielleicht im Sommer…

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le chalet étant situé près des principaux sites de visites, mer de glace, Flégère, Chamonix à pied par les bords de l'Arve, col des Montets, bref rien que du positif.

Chalet superbe niché dans un écrin de verdure et vue exceptionnelle depuis la terrasse
Excellent séjour dans ce chalet confortable, décoré avec goût et d'une parfaite propreté.Rien ne manque, si ce n'est le temps de rester plus longtemps. Sylvie est disponible et réactive. Le quartier est calme et le chalet est idéalement situé (proximité bus, gare, balades à pied..) et finalement nous n'avons pas utilisé notre voiture. Nous sommes ravis et reviendrons. Un séjour magnifique au pied du mont blanc
Deja venu en 2019 , nous revenons dans ce chalet cocooning,propre, bien exposé et situé ......avec une vue imprenable sur les drus, l'aiguille du midi et le mont blanc! tout simplement Magnifique et reposant ! jamais 2 sans 3 nous reviendrons !

Chalet très bien situé, très fonctionnel avec une vue sur la terrasse de la chaîne du Mont Blanc qui nous a ravi pendant tout le séjour. Jolie village, tout près de Chamonix, au calme. Séjour à refaire sans aucun doute.

Erholung in den Bergen
Wir haben eine Woche in diesem sehr schönen Chalet verbracht. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in einem Ortsteil von Chamonix war ideal für erholsame Tage. Dazu trug auch die gemütliche und gute Ausstattung des Hauses bei. Die Schlafzimmer liegen im Erdgeschoss, so dass sie eine angenehmere Temperatur hatten, als das darüber liegende Wohnzimmer. Nachmittags kann man wunderbar auf der Terrasse in der Sonne sitzen und die Aussicht auf das herrliche Bergpanorama genießen. Eine Bergbahn liegt fußläufig. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war schnell und unkompliziert. Da die Besitzerin am Vortag geheiratet hatte, haben wir zur Begrüßung noch einen der zahlreichen Blumensträuße zur Deko bekommen. Auf diesem Weg nochmals vielen Dank und alles Gute.

Schönes Häuschen für 5
Wenige Fussminuten von der Flégère-Talstation liegt dieses Häuschen mit Balkon und Terrasse und einer wunderbaren Aussicht auf die Bergspitzen der Umgebung. Der Esstisch war und blieb etwas klebrig, der Duschvorhang wurde auch von uns vermisst, doch sonst waren das gelungene Tage. Der Wohnbereich ist gemütlich. So blieben wir am Abend mehr als andere Jahre im Haus und haben gekocht und die tollen Abenstimmungen mit den roten Bergspitzen genossen.

Super service et super emplacement
L’expérience était super! Les lits étaient faits et propres a notre arrivée. Une cuisine avec plein d’ustensiles et de vaisselles pour faciliter les repas, il y avait même un truc à fondue! La majorité des visiteurs on laisser derrière des « must » alimentaires (huile d’olive,farine, ect), j’imagine que ça depend qui passe avant vous, mais nous ça nous à aider pour faire nos plats. On y retournera pour notre prochain séjour ! Seule chose, il n’y a pas de rideau de douche alors il se peux que vous fassiez des dégâts, mais l’hôtesse avait placer assez de serviette que ce n’était pas un problème à nettoyer. Sinon sans problème ni mauvais commentaire

Sfeervol, mooi en compleet vakantiehuis in Chamonix
We hebben een hele leuke tijd gehad in dit sfeervolle, goed gelegen, praktische vakantiehuis. Er was alles wat we nodig hadden, de bakker en de skilift (Brevent-Flégère) zijn op 5 minuten loopafstand. Ook heeft het huis een terras in de zon en prachtig uitzicht op de Mont-Blanc. Het huis heeft alle moderne faciliteiten en goed beddengoed. De gastvrouw is erg vriendelijk en reageert snel. Al met al is dit huis een hele goede keuze, we komen graag nog eens terug. Petit chalet avec tout ce qu'il faut
Chalet très agréable en dehors du centre mais accessible en train ou bus. Jardin ensoleillée. On était 4 adultes et 1 enfant de 2 ans. Il est quand même plus agréable d'avoir une voiture pour faire les courses mais autrement c'est bien desservi.
