"메리어트정도 되는 네임벨류를 가진 호텔이 발렛을 24시간 운영하지 않는 점과 운영시간 내에도 발렛 직원이 자리를 자주 비워 고객이 직접 찾아다니고 요청을 한다는게 이해가 안 감. 그리고 호텔 내에서 운영하는 레스토랑이 정기휴무가 있다는 점도 이해가 되지 않음. 서울에 있는 특급호텔에 비교하면 이름값 말고는 전체적으로 여러 방면에서 한참 부족함."
