"Pleasant, newish hotel in Xining. All modern amenities. Unfortunately most of the staff spoke little or poor English leading to a couple of misunderstandings at times. Overal. Excellent stay"

"The hotel manager CoCo was particularly helpful and provided excellent, above and beyond service to me. If you stay at this hotel, you should know that staff don't speak English, but CoCo the manager spoke excellent English which helped on several interactions."
