This hotel mainly caters for families so if your wanting an adult only and quiet hotel during the day around pool areas its not for you. But the beach area part of the hotel was great with no families. So all in all we were very impressed with this hotel. "

The resort is nestled up in the mountains, making it a peaceful retreat, but getting in and out requires either renting a motorbike or calling a Grab. The climb up and down is quite steep, though the resort provides golf cart pickups, which helps a lot. A special mention to the team for their incredible support when we had a motorbike accident—they were beyond helpful and went out of their way to assist us, even accommodating our extended stay. Their kindness and care during a stressful time meant so much to us.
