"It was the trip of a lifetime and our host, Jo, could not have been more fantastic! Attentive and knowledgeable about everything we needed. A perfect place for visiting the entire area. We stayed 5 weeks and had a total of 39 people stay during that time. Everyone loved the house. A perfect place for celebrating with family and friends. Jo suggested Chef Celine for special meals in the house and she was amazing. I did not want to leave. A truly magical place!"

"We stayed here for the second time and had forgotten quite how good it is. It has the most equipped kitchen with every utensil you wish for. There are several fridges so for a large group it is easy to cook and have space for drinks. We loved our stay and are grateful for the thought and care that has gone to furnishing this house. "We had a wonderful holiday, the perfect blend between out-and-about every day to local markets and towns, lunches, wine and chilled beers in shady squares. Kayaking expedition back to Aubeterre-sur-Dronne. The farmhouse is a wonderful base from which to explore from. Then, after a day out, returning to enjoy the pool (which is magnificent). "The photos do not do this property justice. Its a lovely large secluded house in the middle of sunflower fields. The owners live next door and were on hand for anything we might need, but we didn't see or hear them unless we needed to. They were the perfect hosts. It was a great location for our extended family getaway. The pool was perfect and provided good shade for the children.
