"I booked a second different private room hoping it was better. It was freezing cold!!!. It dropped down to maybe 5 degrees in the night. Owner wouldnt put heating on, trying to save $0.50 like an old soviet grandmother. Common area also cold, everyone in hostel walks around with jumpers and jackets on with the cold, absolutely rediculous. Floors werent cleaned in my room. Toilet paper is rationed like in russia in 1990s, you get given 1/2 to 1 toilet roll per day and harrassed if you want more....

"Overall it was a good stay, we enjoyed Batumi. The property is right on the beach, a lot of shops and activities around. We had some difficulty to find the place. The area is very crowded, there are 4 blocks under the same address. The office located in the block A, suite 603. After finding the office everything was easy.
