"dirty utensils,cups,eating bowls, freezer leaking water and mildew growing inside. dirty sheet with dirt on and stains. both bed had springs coming through, one bed had a large dip in the middle, damp place, radiator controls had been taken off so it could not be adjusted. car parking was dangerous not wide enough to get in and out bust road, even though we asked hostes if the parking was wide enough for our car, they said it was. the stairs did not have a banister to go safely up and down...

"Really fantastic place and a great host, so quick to reply if we had a question. Well stocked kitchen etc.The village is beautiful. Plenty of cafes, pics, Beach, rock pooling, walks. Eat to get to Teignmouth across the estuary by ferry, car or on for via the bridge. Highly recommend! Note that the fireplace is not real, but the place is so small and the heating effective it's still very cozy."

"What a wonderful place to stay. Mike and Sophie are very welcoming and helpful. Loved being able to walk around the fields and down to the river. Visited the horses every day, especially liked Jerry the Shetland. My husband and son enjoyed clay pigeon shooting expertly managed by Mike. Thank you for a lovely holiday."
