"Belle maison ancienne spacieuse et claire. Ideale pour un séjour en famille. Nous étions entre 12 et 14 adultes et la table de la salle à manger était suffisante pour prendre les repas tous ensemble. Buanderie bien équipée et extérieur agréable. Accueil sympathique par Sandrine. "

"La maison est spacieuse mais très mal entretenue et pas très propre .Les portes et fenêtres ferment mal, le petit électroménager est vétuste, les ustensiles de ménage comme les balais, sont en mauvais etat) Le lave vaisselle est trop petit et il manque un égouttoir à vaisselle. Sinon la localisation est bonne pour visiter la Charente. Le jardin est agréable."

The house is lovely with everything you need for a relaxing break. Shops a drive away some lovely places to eat near and overall a great place to stay."

"Exceptional property in beautiful rural location. 18 of our family stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed this delightful holiday accommodation. Superb pool, great covered/outside eating area, boules, table tennis etc. Air conditioning in one apartment building, thick walls and therefore relatively cool in the other apartment building. Really super stay. Note for English renters: Towels and toilet paper not provided as we believe is the custom in France."

"Beautiful little property in the quiet village of Préguillac. Not far to the coast and an hour drive from La Rochelle and Bordeaux with lots of beautiful Vineyards to visit in between, and a 10 minute drive to Saintes with lots of restaurants and bars, as well as good shopping. Brilliant and welcoming hosts with cute dogs, will miss breakfast and coffee by the pool in the mornings."

"We were 18 people staying in the house for a week. The house is really nice but the outside is even nicer; petanque, swimming pool, football, outside dining under a roof, everything is possible. We really enjoyed our holidays. Would definitely recommend this house."
