"Had a great stay here, within walking distance of the old town. Beautiful location with a lovely view over the river. Breakfast is nice, alot of options to choose from. Room small but clean, if you ask for an extra pillow they will bring you some up. Pool sauna and steam area, really clean well maintained and we had a lovely relaxing time up there. Was offered a robe and slippers too. Would definitely go back. "

"Great food in restaurant and bar, good sauna/spa (extra charge), good swimming pool, good location for the ski slope. Bedrooms dated and beds uncomfortable. Bus to take you into town. But for the price paid, will not be coming back"

"A fantastic hotel in Zakopane. Very spacious room with a comfortable bed and well equipped amenities. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were all so helpful. As we were there in the shoulder season, the upper floor area sitting area wasn't fully functional, but offered amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Would highly recommend this property to anyone considering this gem of a mountain town."

"Superb location, excellent staff and services. Room and whole hotel in as-new decorative order, none of the usual scuffs and signs of wear. Breakfast extremely good with huge choice of buffet options. Only minor gripe is there was no shaving mirror or tissue box in bathroom. Would definitely use again. "
