Cleaning services were avaliable but several times we got back to our room in late afternoon to find the room had yet to be serviced. Hotel was near a famous Buddha temple but not centrally located. "A great experience to stay in a traditional Hanok House. We did choose the bed option but the space was wonderful as we had two spaces plus a bathroom. We had everything we needed and fresh towels were provided daily. They also offer free Hanbok rentals but we didnt get time to use this."
