"Lovely property but so far from everything. No shuttle service we had to walk 23000 steps to get to the first shopping centre. You can use bolt no grab . If you don't have a car it's not worth it ."

"Booked superior room but asked to be upgraded as it smelled musty & had no opening window. Sea view room much better with balcony. Pool bar was dirty and kids were playing in there when there was a kids pool of their own. Service and staff friendly. Breakfast ok but not a big choice."

"The villa is very comfortable and in a quiet location (nothing much at walking distance) right by the beach. The pool is excellent and the service was very friendly. I don't like the crowds and traffic of Hua Hin. Having a car, i have access to Hua Hin, but can enjoy the serenity of Cha Am which has several lovely quiet family owned beach side seafood restaurants nearby.

If you are looking for a reasonably quiet area right across the road from the beach, this is a good area, but if you like to go shopping and stay out and party, there's not too much there to do. It's best to have motorcycle or car
