"This was a charming property and the cellar wine experience was most enjoyable. I would strongly recommend this property. Breakfast was excellent and the 1* Michelin Osmosi restaurant was excellent. Had a wonderful dining experience. Montepulciano is well worth a visit. The wines of Fattoria Sventoni are marvellous. "

"The hotel was nice. The woman at the front desk who spoke English was very unfriendly. Seemed very annoyed if we asked questions. We opted to parking in their garage and the woman was pointing right while telling my husband to drive left. She was getting angry that he didn’t know if he should go right or left.
